Multilingual Dialogues–2026: Human–AI Communication Across Generations brought researchers, teachers, translators, interpreters, students and other language professionals together for an international exchange hosted at VIZJA University in Warsaw. The conference series is organised by the School of Humanities and Fine Arts.

Research across languages and AI

On the first day, the opening ceremony and plenary lecture led into parallel sessions across Rooms A–F. Speakers examined multilingualism and sociolinguistics, corpus studies, psycholinguistics, translation, interpreting and human–AI mediation. Discussion considered how AI is changing the ways people teach, write, translate and communicate across languages and generations.

The second day continued with parallel conversations on language education, digital discourse, computational approaches, media and professional communication. Participants compared methods and asked how technological change affects linguistic identity, learning and the responsibility of human communicators. ARCTIS shares this conference report because these questions intersect with its academic and research areas.
