The ESPERIDTA Summer School hosted a roundtable on “Digital Lexicography in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Challenges and Innovations for Multilingual Europe” on 26 March 2025. It formed part of the Jean Monnet project “European Studies for Supporting Polish Education and Research in Digital Transformation: Interdisciplinary Approach” (Grant Agreement 101172710), hosted at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, now VIZJA University.
Prof. Olena Semenog of Sumy State Pedagogical University moderated the discussion. Scholars and students from several Ukrainian cities examined AI in dictionary making, multimedia dictionaries, educational terminology, language and cultural identity, and corpus approaches to literary vocabulary. The session connected lexicographic research with teaching and digital transformation.
